Yes! All Nersuona orders include free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. There is no minimum order value — every purchase qualifies.
We operate a two-stage process: 1–2 business days for order processing and 2–7 business days for transit — giving a total estimated delivery of 3–9 business days from order placement.
We vacuum-pack our giant teddy bears to protect them during transit and reduce packaging. Once you open the box, simply allow 24 hours for your bear to expand to its full fluffy size. You can gently pat or use a hairdryer on a low heat setting to speed up the process.
Absolutely. We offer free 14-day returns. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us at support@nersuona.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange a free collection and full refund.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (pay when your bear arrives) and Bank Transfer (we’ll send bank details to your email; dispatch begins once payment is confirmed).
Yes. All Nersuona bears are CE certified and made from child-safe polyester plush with hypoallergenic PP cotton filling. They are suitable for all ages.
We recommend surface wash only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the plush fabric and stuffing.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number to check your delivery status.
