Return Policy

Returns Window — United Kingdom

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@nersuona.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or collection point.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we confirm receipt of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@nersuona.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
